A creature said to have inspired Beethoven’s iconic Fifth Symphony. This bar blends cedarwood, pine, and neroli essential oils to create a rich, resinous aroma grounded in nature. Its deep, woodsy tones evoke calm, reflection, and wild landscapes. Handmade using the traditional cold process method, Ortolan is a vegan, palm-free, and biodegradable bar that tells a story with every lather.

In Rasher’s latest work, the bird was the tiny spark that helped ignite a musical revolution. However, on the flip side Rasher confronts the cruel reality of how the elite once consumed it as a delicacy, silencing its song for indulgence.
Reflected in the soap’s design are the natural hues of French green clay, parsley powder, and turmeric create swirling patterns that evoke the graceful motion of a bird in flight. The scent is a grounding blend of cedarwood, pine, and neroli, conjuring the earthy sweetness of a forest floor.
